Rallye Český Krumlov Directorate announces a traditional photo contest on the theme
Preparation and course of the 51st Rallye Český Krumlov 2024
There are PROFI categories for holders of press tabard and AMATEUR for photographers from the audience.
Digital photographs (resolution at least 2000 x 1333 pixels, JPEG format, maximum 5 images per author) should be sent to . The deadline for submissions is 31 July 2024.
You can also use social networks to register your snapshot for the photo contest. Just upload your chosen shot publicly to your Facebook or Instagram profile during the rally and tag it with the hashtag #fotosoutezRCK.
The results of the photo competition will be published on this website.

Conditions of the photo contest
Submitted photographs become the property of the organizer. They may be freely used in the evaluation of the 2024 edition or in the preparation and promotion of subsequent editions.

Results of last year’s photo competition
The Rallye Český Krumlov is not just a competition of competing crews for tenths of seconds on the stages. Every year, hundreds of spectators stand along the road with cameras or mobile phones in their hands, trying to capture the best possible shot. Whether for a souvenir, social media or a reportage gallery.
The traditional photo competition, announced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Rallye Český Krumlov, was held in 2023 and involved both amateur and accredited photographers. In order to make it fair, the jury composed of members of the organizing committee of the South Bohemian event decided to announce both groups separately.
The AMATEUR category attracted a total of 67 entries from 13 photographers. The prize for 1st place goes to an action photo of Václav Pech’s Ford Focus WRC from the Malonty stage, which was promptly taken by Eda Suchý from the audience. The successful author receives a cash prize of 500 CZK.
The jury selected and awarded two more photos from the amateur competition. The second place went to a photograph from Zátoň by Peter Brandstätter, in which the Austrian author captured sparks flying from Dominik Stříteský’s car. He can look forward to promotional items of the Rallye Český Krumlov. The same reward is also waiting for Martin Šíma, thanks to a successful snapshot of another Fabia, this time piloted by Marek Vlček.
In the PROFI category, which is intended for accredited photographers, the entire gallery of photos by Jan Šmerda was selected, who thus completed the hat trick and, as in previous years, wins the main prize of CZK 500 from the organizers of the Rallye Český Krumlov.
